Nonna Angelina's used to prepare this Bruschetta in the summertime.

Ingredients

12 slices of bread (one or two days old)
2-3 basil leaves
2 tablespoons capers
1 cloves garlic
12 black olives
1 tablespoon oregano
3 tomatoes
4 ounces pecorino cheese
1 anchovies
Sea Salt, very little
8 tablespoons Nonna Angelina's EVOO

Directions

Gently crush the olives and extract the pit. Wash and drain the capers. Wash the basil leaves. Peal the garlic and the tomatoes. Chop all ingredients in small pieces and combine in a bowl add the EVOO and mix gently.

Place a tablespoon over the bread and serve.
