Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. clean, pure water
  • 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

Pour the balsamic vinegar into a glass salad dressing cruet (such as Good Seasons' mixing bottle), and add the remaining ingredients in the order listed. Refrigerate. Makes 1 cup.

TIP: Dressing prepared with olive oil may congeal when refrigerated. Let the refrigerated dressing reach room temperature before serving.
