Between 1890 and 1940 Nonna Angelina owned and ran a family Trattoria (Inn) in Sicily.

She always took personal pride in serving the best food that she could cook, that's why for fifty years people came from all over the place to eat her "soul food" as she liked to call it.

Now, thanks to the resent discoveries, we found out that Nonna Angelina's "Soul food", thanks to the genuineness, freshness and tastiness of the ingredients, is also healthy food.

Nonna Angelina's home made Mediterranean cuisine has stood the test of time proving once more that nobody cooks like Grandma.
